Investment Society's purpose is to provide Wellesley students with an understanding of:

1. Financial markets through the publication of a weekly digital newsletter
2. Careers in the financial sector through visits to firms in Boston and New York and workshops focused on skills development
3. Investment and decision making experience through buying and selling of common stocks under corporate sponsored investment contests

ISOC publishes biweekly newsletters on the financial markets, holds skills-development workshops and coffee chats with industry professionals, helps students explore their interest in investing through our new Paper Portfolio Initiative, and organizes networking trips to financial institutions in order to expose students to the financial services industry. We welcome all class years and majors!
